THE CHALLENGE
Bankinter Consumer Finance faced the complexity of communicating a wide range of consumer finance products — including personal loans, auto financing, and various credit cards such as Visa Air Europa SUMA and Club MAPFRE — in a competitive digital environment, where product messaging needed to be consistent, compliant and tailored to diverse audiences and digital channels.
