THE CHALLENGE
The online sale of insurance and extended warranties—especially in the mobile sector— is often limited by a lackluster shopping experience and insufficient support at key decision moments. After purchasing a new device, users frequently struggle to understand their coverage options or feel unsupported during the online sign-up process, leading to missed sales opportunities once they leave the store.
The solution
We developed an interactive, virtual assistant experience designed to act as a brand-aligned expert in insurance and extended warranties. Powered by OpenAI’s large language model (LLM) and deployed in a secure Microsoft Azure environment, the assistant provides accurate, personalized responses. It guides users through a natural, conversational flow—always remaining on-brand and in character—to enhance trust and clarity throughout the journey.
