THE CHALLENGE
Palladium Hotel Group, with ten brands and more than 48 hotels worldwide, manages marketing centrally through its in-house team. The scale, diversity, and frequency of content needs across its different brands created significant operational challenges: long production times, high costs, and difficulty maintaining consistent brand identity across all materials at a global level.
The solution
We delivered a customized version of our SuperStudio platform, designed specifically to meet the needs of Palladium Hotel Group and its individual brands. The platform empowers teams to create and produce digital content—text, images, videos, and more—faster, more efficiently, and with greater brand consistency using Generative AI. Built on technologies like Azure OpenAI, Stability, Runway, ElevenLabs, Creatopy, and hosted on secure Azure infrastructure, the solution ensures all content aligns with each hotel’s brand guidelines. Its intuitive interface allows any team member to generate content without technical or design expertise.
The result
With SuperStudio, Palladium Hotel Group now has a perpetual marketing assistant capable of generating copy, visuals, videos, audio, and digital campaigns that are fully aligned with brand standards. Content production time and costs have dropped significantly, global creative consistency has improved, and internal teams can now work with more speed and autonomy—freeing strategic resources to focus on higher-value initiatives.
